About Paul Schober

I was born and raised in NJ and have lived across the north, central, and south (but will always be a NY sports fan!).  After graduating from the College of New Jersey I started my career in Information technology and have been leading various teams to build best in class software and services for the past 20 years.  Along my journey I've had the good fortune of growing my personal real estate assets by buying and selling multiple homes, in addition to renting, flipping, and even buying sight unseen at auction.  I've always had a passion for home renovations, DIY projects, and I love sharing that experience with others, especially when it helps make them feel more comfortable and confident in their own real estate decisions.

Having personally experienced both sides of the transaction as a homeowner on numerous occasions, I understand the nuances and emotions involved in purchasing and selling a home and the work that comes after the deal closes. I'm also an experienced landlord who has renovated and sold homes for profit, unlocking the right value for my investment.  This diverse experience enables me to offer invaluable insights and strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. On a personal note, I met my wife in 2011 and we have 2 wonderful boys.  When we aren't working, we love going to the beach, taking a boat ride, or cruising around the neighborhood on our bikes.  The peninsula is a special area, a hidden gem, on the eastern seaboard!
